Running on Empty roots in a simple premise: art is a strategy to cope, searching for different forms of resilience.  Each artwork in the show starts from the tension between protection and exposure, exhaustion and drive, the need to hold on and stay and the urge to let go and run. Every act of artmaking is a deal – a negotiation with the world, with visibility, with one’s own limits. It is not only about exchange, but a fragile contract between what we can give and what we must keep. Through this lens, the exhibition aims to become a zone of transformation, a space where personal necessity meets public gesture and where individual approaches take shape.
